S00004601+02 cylinder liner assembly is a key wear-resistant part installed inside the cylinder block of Shangchai SC9DK engine. It provides a hardened smooth inner surface for piston and piston ring reciprocating movement, stabilizing cylinder compression, reducing oil consumption and transferring combustion heat to cooling water system. This brand-new liner is produced by centrifugal casting fine pearlitic cast iron with excellent wear resistance, perfectly suited for long-hour heavy mining construction operation. The inner bore undergoes precision honing for tight piston ring fit, and pre-machined O-ring grooves come with matched water sealing rings to avoid coolant leakage after installation. Note: Check liner outer diameter and seal tightness during assembly to prevent coolant mixing into engine oil.
