Product Description
K3V112 swash plate assembly includes saddle support and swash plate. It is the key internal component for K3V112DT piston main pump. Piston slippers slide on swash plate surface, changing swash plate angle will adjust pump displacement and oil output flow.
Wear, scratch or groove on swash plate friction surface will cause insufficient hydraulic pressure, weak digging performance, abnormal metal knocking noise from main pump and metal debris in hydraulic oil. For pump overhaul, we suggest replacing pistons, slippers, valve plate together with swash plate assembly. Keep parts extremely clean during assembly, tiny metal particles will damage friction surface quickly.
